James House is home to postgraduate students, located right in the heart of Bath city centre. The building is managed by Hello Student.

You can apply to live in James House through the University's Student Accommodation team. You then speak to Hello Student, who privately manage the accommodation.
James House offers 28 en-suite town house rooms in the heart of beautiful Bath.
You can choose to live in a single or mixed-sex town house.
The accommodation is located next to a large supermarket and a five-minute walk to the city centre's main shops, restaurants and entertainment.
A regular bus service operates just minutes from James House, so you can still get to campus quickly and easily.
To make you feel safe and at home, James House has CCTV, an intercom system and secure electronic access to buildings, flats and bedrooms.
There is also a launderette in the building, so you don't have to go far to do your washing.
Each of our accommodation buildings are assigned with Student Living Ambassadors. These are returning students who have lived in University accommodation before, understand the challenges you might face and are able to support you.

There are two types of bedroom in James House. Both give you everything you need to work, rest and relax.
Large and premium en-suite town houses have:
- a four foot double bed
- your own en-suite shower, toilet and sink
- desk, chair and drawers
- high speed Wi-Fi and ethernet so you can always be connected
- plenty of storage for all of your belongings, including a wardrobe and bookshelves

All town house accommodation has a communal kitchen, which provides everything you need for cooking meals and dining.
