Our secure, self-contained accommodation sits within our rural Claverton Down campus.

The campus has plenty of green space to relax and explore, but is also just a short bus ride or walk to the city centre.

With your own entrance and plenty of car parking, our accommodation is designed with families in mind.

Guest accommodation at the University of Bath is available for summer bookings, up until the start of our 2020 term.

In light of current events, we have relaxed our cancellation policy, to allow for cancellation with a full refund up to 7 days before your stay.

If you’re looking to book a family break in Bath this summer, then an Eastwood house offers a great value place to stay.

Each house has one double bedroom and four single bedrooms, so comfortably sleeps up to six.

You'll have use of two bathrooms, a kitchen and lounge area with television.

A basic kitchen inventory is supplied in Eastwood, so you'll have utensils, pots and pans to cook for yourself if you choose.

Food and drink

he Hut, our small takeaway café, is open from 10am to 3pm each day, serving hot meals, drinks, pastries and snacks.

Our campus supermarket sells a range of snacks, toiletries and stationery that you may need for your stay, and is open from 8am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. Please remember to bring a face covering to wear in shops during your stay, in line with government guidelines.

Our kitchens are equipped with:

• microwave
• oven
• dining table and chairs

Late check out

Check out is at 10am. We offer a late check out service which allows you to stay in your accommodation until 2pm.

You will be charged an additional 50% of the cost of your nightly room rate for this service.

Storing your luggage

If you want to explore more of the city after your check out, we have luggage storage facilities available for a small charge.

University of Bath discounts

• If you are a member of staff at the University of Bath, you can receive a 10% discount if you book directly with us.
• If you are University of Bath alumni, you are entitled to a 10% discount on your booking, for your room only.
